Terms of engagement.

Audits

Audits are paid in advance and produce a written report. The report is yours to use however you choose, including taking it to another provider.

Projects

Projects are scoped and priced before any build work begins. If scope changes meaningfully during the project we agree the new scope and price in writing before continuing.

Retainers

Retainers run month to month. Either side can end the retainer with 30 days notice. We do not lock you in for a year.

Ownership

Workflows, documentation, and configurations we deliver are yours to keep and modify. Where we use your accounts at third-party tools, the accounts and data remain yours throughout the engagement.
