What we collect

When you contact Less Admin we collect the information you choose to share — usually your name, email address, the business you run, and what you would like to automate. If you book a call, the booking tool records that meeting in our calendar.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, prepare for any agreed call, deliver the work you commission, and keep our records of work delivered. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as we have an active conversation, and project data for as long as we are legally required to (typically six years for tax purposes). You can ask us to delete your data at any point.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email york@lessadmin.uk and we will respond within one working day.
